Tool & Die Maker – 1st and 2nd Shift

Type: Full-time
Pay: 1st Shift: $30 - $40/hr / 2nd Shift: $35 - $45/hr

Position Overview
We’re looking for Tool & Die Makers to help us build, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of progressive, compound, and secondary dies. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing tooling needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We have 2 open positions for both 1st and 2nd shift, with overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and troubleshoot new tooling per design specifications.
• Modify existing tooling based on customer changes and requirements.
• Maintain and repair tooling to ensure smooth production operations.
• Perform changeovers on multi-part tooling.
• Provide support to other departments with tooling needs.
• Communicate regularly with the Tool Room Manager on project status.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tool and die making within a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma required; TMA certification or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in operating tool room equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (bilingual in Spanish is a plus).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads effectively.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
