Location: Mundelein, IL
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday / Evening shift (8-hour shift)

Position Overview
We're looking for a Metal Stamping Estimator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing accurate proposals, pricing quotes, and estimates for metal stamping parts and tooling components. You’ll support our sales function and help ensure that projects meet both customer needs and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed price quotes for metal stamping parts and tooling components.
• Ensure quotes are accurate and align with customer specifications.
• Work closely with sales to provide timely and detailed estimates.
• Use knowledge of progressive stamping methods, raw materials, and tooling to create competitive proposals.
• Collaborate with other teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the metal stamping industry (a must).
• College degree preferred (Engineering, Mathematics, or related field).
• Basic understanding of metal stamping, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with stage tooling, progressive dies, and fixtures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ProE (a plus).
• Strong skills in estimating and data analysis.
• Great communication skills and an ability to interpret technical specifications.
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
