Are you passionate about quality and continuous improvement? We're looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team and ensure our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. As a key player in our organization, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control measures, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancements.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement robust quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead or participate in root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) activities.
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
• Deliver training on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and maintain critical quality metrics such as defect rates, yield, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the documentation of quality control procedures, test results, and corrective actions.
• Perform statistical analysis to evaluate process capability and suggest areas for optimization.
• Contribute to the development and validation of new products and processes.
• Ensure compliance with key industry-specific quality standards, including ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and data analysis.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
• Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively across departments.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Certification in quality engineering (e.g., CQE) is a plus.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is desirable.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
