Warehouse Coordinator

Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Team Lead to guide day-to-day operations and ensure seamless material handling, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and dispatch. Responsibilities Operational oversight - Support and guide Logistics Operators and Associates to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Oversee material receiving, labeling, posting, and put-away processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure proper picking, packing, and dispatching of finished goods and compounding materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment and forecasting activities.
Compliance & safety - Maintain compliance with GxP, corporate SOPs, regulatory standards, and Health & Safety policies.
- Stay current with training via the Kabi LIFT Learning Management System.
- Act as A/QPIC for narcotics handling and ensure secure, compliant inventory management.
Inventory control & documentation - Lead and maintain accurate cycle counts to support inventory integrity.
- Reconcile discrepancies in collaboration with Finance, Inventory Control, and NetCare teams.
- Generate and report data to support operational KPIs and performance reviews.
- Submit purchase orders for raw materials, consumables, and controlled substances.
Team collaboration & Continuous Improvement - Work cross-functionally with Procurement, Production, Planning, Customer Service, and Maintenance teams.
- Provide feedback on team performance to support evaluations.
- Support ongoing process improvement projects and participate in logistics troubleshooting.
Qualifications - Post-secondary education required.
- A/QPIC certification or eligibility required.
- Certified in Raymond Reach and Power Walkie Rider operation.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, and inventory control (pharmaceutical experience preferred).
- Strong ERP experience, especially SAP (MM, SD, LE) and WMS with RF scanner proficiency.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience is an asset.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts as required.

Working conditions - 50% of the role requires physical activity (standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs).
- PPE must be worn at all times; task-specific PPE (e.g., gloves, masks) may be required.
- Operation of reach trucks and pallet jacks is necessary.
- Work is performed in a clean, quiet warehouse setting with variable pace and computer-based tasks (approx. 80%).
