Your Role
Join us as a Team Lead in our Edmonton Office.

Responsibilities
- Champion and personify our values and culture
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of developing and executing growth plans that lead to annual business growth
- Oversee your business unit’s operational objectives, including quality, commercial/financial, people, and culture
- Drive collaboration, identify opportunities, and develop innovative strategies to expand services in the local market to achieve annual growth targets
- Collaborate with leaders from other business units to secure new opportunities and optimize resource allocation
- Lead with enthusiasm, delegate, and empower teams
- Coach your team’s business development acumen
- Work with all team members to develop and obtain the necessary qualifications, training, and experience to achieve their professional growth
- Participate and present a unified company voice within the local business community through networking and active participation to help grow the business and recruit the best talent
Qualifications - A strong desire to grow the business presence in the local market and meet company growth targets
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in operations leadership and business unit growth, preferably in professional services
- A university degree or diploma in business administration, commerce, finance, engineering, architecture, construction management, or a comparable field (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience)
- Clear understanding of a professional services business model, including workforce composition and resource management strategies, risk management strategies, and commercial strategies
- A network of industry contacts and relationships within the region, as well as involvement with applicable regional industry and trade associations
- Ability to provide leadership, inspiration, guidance, and management support to a team of practitioners as they define their career goals, develop their skills, and serve our clients
- Ability to meet or exceed financial business objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- The ability to project and maintain a positive outlook, demonstrate an energetic disposition, and mentor teams to achieve business growth ambitions
