Citrus Recruit are excited to be working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Customer Account Executive.
  
This is a varied role focused on managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders and building strong relationships with an established portfolio of B2B customers. Working as part of a supportive team, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service throughout the sales and order process.
   
Key Responsibilities of an Customer Account Executive

• Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Building strong relationships with existing B2B customers and acting as their main point of contact.
• Preparing accurate quotations and following up with customers where appropriate.
• Processing customer orders and ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure orders are delivered on time and to customer expectations.
• Resolving customer queries and providing a high level of customer service.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent usage of Excel
• Comfortable with numeracy
• Strong communicator
• Excellent organisation skills
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines
