Citrus Recruit are excited to be working with a well-known brand to recruit for a experienced Digital Marketing Executive.
This is a hands-on role where you will be working on digital marketing activity across email campaigns, social media, content creation and paid advertising.

It's a hybrid role, where you must be able to travel into the office near to Kenilworth 2 days per week.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Digital Marketing Executive you will be responsible for:
- Support the promotion and delivery of digital marketing activity across multiple sectors, using channels such as email, website, social media and CRM to drive leads, engagement and brand awareness
- Take ownership of day‑to‑day digital delivery, email builds, website updates, landing pages, content checks and performance tracking
- Create and schedule email campaigns, support CRM segmentation and automation, and make sure all digital content is accurate, compliant and on‑brand
- Manage organic social media activity and support paid advertising across platforms like LinkedIn and Google, tracking performance and helping improve ROI
- Work with the Marketing Manager on reporting, campaign performance and channel performance metrics
- Maintain a strong understanding of the organisation's services, customer groups and commercial goals to ensure digital activity supports both retention and new business.
Skills & experience required. - Brings solid, hands‑on digital marketing experience, with confidence across email, CRM, websites, paid ads, social and campaign delivery
- Knows how to drive leads, engagement and brand awareness through practical, high‑quality digital execution
- Writes clear, accurate, on‑brand content for email, web, social and ads, and communicates priorities and progress confidently
- Comfortable in B2B environments
- Skilled with tools like Mailchimp/Salesforce/HubSpot, WordPress/Drupal, Hootsuite/Sprout, Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads and Canva/Adobe, with a good grasp of GDPR and data best practice
Benefits - Salary of up to £32,000
- Hybrid opportunity - 2 days per week in the office.
- 37 hours per week, 08.45 - 17.15 Monday to Thursday. 08.45 - 16.15 Friday
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
