Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a B2B Outbound Sales Executive for a business in Cardiff City Centre.

As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales activity. This is a consultative B2B sales role where success comes from building credibility, understanding customer needs and managing opportunities through to completion.
 
You'll be responsible for creating meaningful conversations with decision-makers, developing your sales pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships.  

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic sales environment where you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to closing new business opportunities.  

Responsibilities & day to day duties of a Outbound Sales Executive

• Proactively contact prospective business customers through outbound calls and business development activity.
• Conduct thorough discovery conversations to understand client requirements and business needs.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities from initial contact through to successful close.
• Maintain regular follow-up activity and nurture prospects through multiple touchpoints.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently.

Skills & experience required as a Sales Executive

• Previous experience within Telesales, Outbound Sales, Business Development or a similar sales-focused position.
• Proven success generating opportunities through cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing business.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Benefits package

• Salary up to £28,000
• Commission structure to earn an additional 10-15k P/A
