As a Customer Success Manager, you will be looking after a portfolio of smaller accounts, increasing spend, and managing renewals. There is a clear progression plan to become a Senior Account Manager.

They have a market-leading virtual, hybrid, and in-person event platform takes engagement to the next level, offering interactive features such as real-time video and chat networking, live polling, and video breakout rooms.
The ideal candidate will be able to commute to Dorset 3-4 days per week.
