Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for an Administrator for our client based in Birmingham, who are a leader in their field.  
 
This role will be working in a small team, supporting the wider business with all administration duties. The company have been going for 20 years and have growth plans for the next few years.
 
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Administration, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment, showing high levels of organisation with a focus on detail and speed.
 
We’re looking for someone who wants to progress and make an impact, the client are always open to new ideas and creating opportunities for those who want it.
 
This is an office-based role where you will be working in the office Monday to Friday, close to Birmingham City Centre.
 
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As an Administrator you will be responsible for:

• Maintain and update internal dispatch logs, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate daily postal dispatches and collections by collaborating closely with different internal teams
• Prepare and distribute daily collection forecasts to suppliers.
• Review and process all postal documentation, including internal and external software.
• Oversee uploads and documentation management for multiple mail carriers, ensuring compliance with postage supplier requirements.
• Complete end-of-day reporting to accurately record all dispatched jobs.
• All administration duties as required.

 
Skills & experience required.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role, preferably within a print or postage environment, but other relevant industries too
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing and documentation.
• Ability to learn quickly and pick up new software’s and processes
• Experienced and confident in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with internal teams and external service providers.
