Loyalty Promotions Specialist – 12month Contract

About the Role:
Due to internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Loyalty Promotions Specialist to join our team on a 12month contract. This role is crucial in planning, executing, and analysing promotional strategies for IPA's loyalty programs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll design innovative promotions to engage members and drive revenue growth. You'll also manage our loyalty marketing calendar, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.

This role is covering a 12 month parental leave FTC with a view to turn permanent. 
  
Key Responsibilities

• Develop a promotional plan aligned with IPA's marketing and loyalty objectives.
• Oversee the promotional calendar, coordinating with design, merchandise, and marketing teams.
• Track and report on the success of promotions, continuously improving strategies.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders on loyalty promotions.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years in loyalty promotions management, with hands-on CRM experience.
• Strong skills in crafting engaging promotional strategies.
• Experience analysing consumer data to optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills to foster collaborative relationships.
