As a Property Management Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Osprey Village. From tenancy administration to inspections and reporting, you’ll help ensure our properties are well-managed and our residents are supported — all while contributing to the team’s success in delivering high-quality village services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections, prepare reports, and manage maintenance requests
- Process leases, applications, and bond transactions
- Communicate with tenants and stakeholders professionally
- Perform general admin and reception duties, including RMS data entry
- Support WHSEQ practices and contribute to a safe, compliant workplace

- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Solid admin skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and RMS
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
