We’re looking a skilled HC Driver to join our team and play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality modular buildings, within our Victoria Operations based at Kangaroo Flat.
This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work on a full time basis (40-hour week with RDO included).
The Transport Labourer is responsible for the safe operation of company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and building modules, while providing general labouring support across construction and yard activities. The role contributes to achieving project timelines through efficient delivery, safe work practices, and support to site teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Transport building modules, materials, and equipment to and from construction sites, suppliers, and yards
- Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with road laws and company procedures
- Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner
- Conduct pre-start and post-operational vehicle checks and report any defects
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping within vehicles and work areas
- Perform general labouring duties including site preparation, clean-up, and manual handling
- Assist tradespersons and site teams with construction activities as directed
- Support site set-up, material movement, and installation activities as required
- Follow all work instructions, procedures, and supervisory directions
- Accurately complete job-related documentation where required
- Understand and apply quality control techniques
- Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the business

Qualifications - Heavy Vehicle Licence – Class HC
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Previous experience in a truck driving role within construction, manufacturing or logistics (preferred)
- Experience performing general labouring duties in a construction or manual environment (preferred))
- Understanding of load restraint and safe transport practices
