We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the successful delivery of modular construction projects across Queensland in a 6-month fixed term position. In this hands-on role, you'll oversee onsite modular construction activities, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate site teams to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications, providing clear direction to onsite personnel.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant, equipment, and subcontractors to optimise project delivery.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and company procedures.
• Champion a strong safety culture and maintain compliance with all site safety policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and productivity to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate site records and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

• A confident and capable construction mindset with strong site supervision experience, ideally within modular or transportable construction.
• A solid understanding of the building industry, including Australian Standards, regulations, and modern construction techniques.
• A safety‑first approach and a genuine commitment to maintaining safe work practices on site.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and time‑management abilities, ensuring proactive and efficient site operations.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative and drive.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar commercial construction role.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Construction Induction Training (White Card).
