Fleetwood is seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales Administrator to support our Sales team and help drive a seamless customer experience. As the Sales Administrator, you’ll provide critical administrative support to ensure the timely and accurate project handover, pre-contract documentation, preparation of tenders, sales support, and customer communications. You’ll be the go-to person for managing inbound sales enquiries, coordinating key tasks, organising documentation, and supporting the CRM and reporting functions across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team with day-to-day administration and coordination activities.
- Manage inbound sales enquiries, customer records, CRM updates and data accuracy.
- Prepare tender submissions, returnable schedules, contract documents, variations and addenda.
- Assist with project handovers and pre-contract administration.
- Produce lead generation reports and support monthly sales reporting requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, approvals, follow-up actions and maintain organised job and bid documentation.
- Prepare professional customer communications, presentations and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate records within Microsoft Dynamics Navision and other business systems.

You are a highly organised administrator who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while supporting a busy team. You thrive on keeping things organised, ensuring records are maintained correctly, and providing exceptional support to both customers and colleagues.

- Previous experience in a sales administration, project coordination or administrative support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
- Strong analytical and reporting capability.
- Experience within the building and construction industry or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
