This is a full-time role based at our High Wycombe modular building facility, working in a factory environment where you’ll be involved in framing, fit-out and assembly work that brings our builds to life.
You’ll be part of a close-knit crew, following established processes to meet safety, quality and production targets, with the opportunity to see projects come together from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and assemble various building components, including flooring, wall frames, roof trusses, windows, doors, and exterior claddings.
• Set up building levels and alignments according to drawings and project requirements.
• Build additional structures such as stairs, ramps, eaves, and transit walls.
• Assist team members and labourers to support project progress and completion.
• Conduct maintenance, repair work, modifications, and reworks as needed to ensure quality and safety.
• Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols, wear personal protective equipment, and comply with workplace health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Carpentry trade qualification (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• White Card (Construction Card)
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• Sound understanding of the building and construction industry
