As our Business Support Coordinator, you’ll sit at the centre of day-to-day operations, keeping things running smoothly while creating a welcoming first impression for everyone who walks through the door.
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days look the same. You’ll balance front-of-house responsibilities with providing high-quality administrative and coordination support across the business, including Sales, Construction, Maintenance, and People & Culture.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the business moving, building strong relationships across teams, and becoming the go to support for a range of operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and professional experience
- Keep front-of-house running smoothly (phones, visitors, deliveries)
- Support the General Manager with scheduling, meetings, and reporting
- Assist sales, construction, and project teams with documents and coordination
- Coordinate travel bookings, expenses, and general administration
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
- Maintain office systems, records, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate office supplies, servicing, and day-to-day operations
- Support team events, engagement activities, and catering
- Identify ways to improve processes and keep things running efficiently
What You’ll Bring - Experience in a similar administration or business support role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A warm, professional approach with a genuine focus on customer experience
- Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and maintaining discretion
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Understanding of WHS requirements and safe work practices
- A current driver’s licence
