We’re looking for an experienced Production Project Manager to join our Operations team. You will take the lead on delivering projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is pivotal in driving performance across multiple projects, building strong stakeholder relationships, and continuously improving delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from planning through to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project
- Monitor progress, budgets, risks and project performance
- Review drawings, contracts and specifications prior to project commencement
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement activities
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety and environmental requirements
- Provide regular reporting on project status, financials and key risks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
About You - Proven experience in project management within construction or production environments
- Strong understanding of contracts, costing and project financial management
- Experience using Microsoft Project for scheduling
- Solid knowledge of WHSEQ requirements and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
