We’re on the lookout for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. Based in our Sutherland shopfront, this is a very casual role covering around 12–14 weeks a year (annual leave and sick leave cover) perfect for someone who has a genuine love for all things caravanning.

  
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by offering friendly, knowledgeable support and guiding customers to the right products for their needs
• Contribute to achieving store sales goals and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage phone and counter enquiries with confidence, ensuring smooth and accurate sales processing
• Support the presentation of the store through effective merchandising, clear labelling, and maintaining an inviting retail environment
• Assist with day‑to‑day store operations, including general housekeeping and retail administration tasks
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete general warehouse duties, including stock handling and replenishment

  
Position Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and team members
• A background in spare parts, automotive, caravan, or hardware retail (highly desirable)
• Ability to learn product ranges quickly and provide informed recommendations
• Competent computer skills, including the ability to process sales and navigate retail systems
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
