Located at our Para Hills site, our Office Administrator plays an important role in supporting our South Australian operations. Based at reception, you’ll be the first point of contact for the business, providing day‑to‑day administrative support and ensuring the office runs efficiently. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in organisation, and thrives in a fast‑paced office setting.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, calls and general enquiries
- Coordinate inductions, travel bookings, meeting rooms and office schedules
- Prepare correspondence, documents, spreadsheets and data entry (Navision)
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, credit card reconciliations and travel records
- Support tender documentation, reports and customer file management
- Oversee reception, office administration, supplies, mail, couriers and housekeeping
About you You’re a friendly, professional administrator who takes pride in being organised, helpful and reliable. You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks, work well independently, and understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality in a busy workplace.
You’ll bring:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar office administration or coordination role
- Strong customer service skills and a professional phone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Confidence working autonomously and supporting multiple departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- A Certificate in Business, Administration or a related qualification (desirable)
- Current and valid driver’s licence
