As our Storeperson, you’ll support production by handling all incoming and outgoing goods across the yard, factory and warehouse. From receipting and dispatch to stock control, equipment coordination and housekeeping, you’ll help keep operations safe, organised and running efficiently.
Working closely with our Production and Factory teams, you’ll join a supportive, down to earth group that works hard, communicates well and genuinely looks out for each other. You’ll be a trusted point of contact who keeps materials moving and standards high.
This is a full‑time role based in High Wycombe, working 6.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle receipting, inspecting and processing of incoming materials and deliveries.
- Coordinate dispatch to production, working closely with Factory Supervisors and Project Managers.
- Support safe movement and storage of materials and maintain strong housekeeping standards.
- Assist with daily coordination of forklift drivers, store resources and waste‑disposal activities.
- Maintain stock levels, consumables, stocktake tasks, labelling and manage goods returns.
- Support coordination of tool & equipment maintenance and flag risks or improvements with the Production Manager.
What You’ll Bring - 3+ years’ experience in a similar store or warehouse role; modular or manufacturing experience highly regarded.
- A genuine commitment to safety, looking out for yourself and your teammates.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with people across the business.
- A proactive, organised approach with strong time‑management skills.
- Confidence operating in a fast‑paced environment and willingness to take initiative.
- Basic computer literacy; experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook desirable.
- Experience using Navision or similar ERP/warehouse systems is an advantage.
- A current forklift licence with demonstrated operating experience.
- A positive attitude, integrity and the drive to contribute to a high‑performing team.
