About the Role
Join us as an Apprentice Carpenter and gain specialised hands-on experience within an innovative modular building environment while completing your nationally recognised training. You’ll work in a supportive team dedicated to your development through structured training and mentoring, empowering you to build a rewarding career in this fast growing and sustainable sector of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in manufacturing and assembling modular buildings using modern carpentry techniques.
- Develop practical skills working alongside experienced tradespeople in a factory environment.
- Complete formal off the job training with registered training organisations.
- Follow all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and complete relevant induction training.
- Take instruction effectively and perform general labour tasks as required.
- Maintain good attendance, reliability, and contribute positively to a team-focused culture of quality and safety.
About You You’re motivated, reliable, and eager to learn. You enjoy working with your hands and take pride in producing quality work. You thrive in a team environment and are committed to completing your apprenticeship successfully.
What You’ll Bring - A genuine interest in carpentry and modular construction.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely at all times.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Current Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain).
- Commitment to completing both on the job and formal training requirements.
