• Education:    College degree 
• Experience:  Minimum of 3 - 5 years of payroll and benefits experience, preferably in a banking environment.
• MUST HAVE STRONG BACKGROUND IN LEAVE OF ABSENCE
• Proficiency with Ceridian and other Payroll and HR systems, and with MS Word and Excel.  
• Provide some supervision and general guidance to Payroll Specialists and other HR administrative staff as needed.
• Knowledge on federal and state wage tax laws and regulations required.
