The Opportunity
Working closely with the Business Owner, you'll become a trusted technical resource within the business, taking ownership of complex support requests while helping coordinate the day-to-day workflow of the service desk.
You'll provide a technical overview across the junior team, which consists of two members, ensuring work is prioritised effectively.
The role offers an excellent balance of remote support and onsite client engagement, with approximately 80% of support delivered remotely and one to two onsite client visits each day within the local region.
This position would suit someone operating at a strong Level 2 or emerging Level 3 support level who enjoys working across a broad range of technologies while building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
