Senior SAP FICO Consultant

As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you’ll lead end-to-end engagements — from understanding client business drivers to designing, configuring, and implementing robust financial solutions that enable transformation. You will have a true consulting mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather and interpret business requirements, translating them into effective SAP Finance and Controlling designs.
• Drive the configuration, testing, and delivery of S/4HANA Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Provide strategic advice on architecture, integration, migration, and licensing considerations.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to present solution options and support business case development.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering capability growth within the team.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, or a related discipline.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in SAP FICO, including leadership or solution ownership responsibilities.
• Deep domain knowledge across Finance (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets) and Controlling (Project, Cost Centre, Profit Centre Accounting).
• Experience in advanced areas such as Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Treasury, Group Reporting, or SAC Planning is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering under tight timelines.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

Work Environment: A hybrid position offering flexibility to work remotely, with opportunities for client site engagement and collaboration days with the broader consulting team. You will be required to travel occasionally
