SAP FICO Consultant Summary
We’re seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to deliver consulting services across SAP S/4HANA Finance. You’ll design and lead workshops, advise clients on best-fit solutions, and provide hands-on configuration and delivery. You’ll also mentor junior consultants and occasionally support pre-sales activities through architecture input, demonstrations, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements, design and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
• Lead workshops and oversee development, testing, and implementation activities.
• Advise clients on licensing, integration, and data conversion considerations.
• Present solutions to senior stakeholders and support proposal development.
• Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced team members.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, or related field.
• Current SAP S/4HANA certification.
• 7+ years’ consulting and SAP FICO experience.
• Strong understanding of Finance (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets) and Controlling (Project, Cost Centre, Profit Centre Accounting).
• Experience in Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Treasury, Group Reporting, SAC Planning, or related areas is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
• Willingness to travel as required.
