Engage with supply chain and logistics stakeholders to capture and document business requirements
Analyse and map current processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
Work closely with SAP specialists, solution architects, and vendors to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted and delivered
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working groups to build alignment and clarity across the business
Support testing, change management, and deployment activities by ensuring business needs remain at the forefront of project delivery
Provide subject matter expertise in supply chain and logistics, guiding decision-making throughout the transformation program
✅ What You Bring:
10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in supply chain and logistics environments
Strong track record of business-facing analysis, process design, and stakeholder management
Exposure to SAP ERP (ECC preferred, S/4HANA also considered), with at least 2+ years working as a BA or SME on SAP-related initiatives
Experience with Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) is highly desirable
Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, with the ability to influence and gain buy-in across business and technical teams
Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics processes in complex, enterprise environments
✅ Why Join?
Contribute to a pivotal transformation journey with national impact
Work closely with business leaders to shape process improvements and system adoption
Join a collaborative environment with exposure to high-performing teams and external experts
Long-term career growth and professional development opportunities
