Senior Program Manager – Warehouse Automation & Supply Chain Systems

We are working with a leading organisation undergoing a major transformation of its warehouse and logistics operations. As they move into a critical delivery phase, they are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to take command of large-scale warehouse automation and systems programs. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be embedded at the sharp end of delivery.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience leading programs in Logistics, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, Supply Chain, 3PL, and automation.

  
What’s the role?
  
You’ll be the client’s right hand – a trusted lieutenant with strong command-and-control capability – driving program execution and leading multiple workstreams across WMS, ERP, 3PL integration, and automation projects. Depending on timing and your background, you may start by leading a single large-scale initiative or step in to manage a portfolio of active projects.
  
Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of major warehouse and supply chain transformation programs
• Operate as the delivery lead – driving execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Lead internal and external delivery teams (5–20 resources), including vendors, consultants, and business SMEs
• Manage program governance, financials, and reporting in a complex, fast-moving environment
• Own the relationship with third-party vendors and ensure accountability across delivery milestones
• Engage effectively with internal stakeholders across operations, IT, finance, and procurement
• Identify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies

• Proven experience delivering large-scale programs in logistics, warehousing, WMS, ERP, and automation environments
• Minimum 3 years leading end-to-end programs in the supply chain/logistics tech space
• Experience managing external vendors, systems integrators, and cross-functional internal teams
• Strong understanding of 3PL operations and automation technologies within complex warehouse environments
• Track record of delivering in high-pressure, fast-paced settings with Million Dollar Budgets
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – you can influence and lead with authority

• Experience working on brownfield or greenfield warehouse automation rollouts
• Prior involvement in ERP transformations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Strong commercial acumen and budget oversight experience
