Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of Managed Security Services.
• Partner with Customer Solutions in a pre-sales advisory role to shape accurate service descriptions and transition planning.
• Plan and oversee service transitions from sales handover to steady-state delivery, ensuring operational readiness, resource alignment, and risk mitigation.
• Actively collaborate across CyberCX practices to support client outcomes and cross-functional engagement.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for operational or service-related issues; drive proactive remediation and customer confidence.
• Lead regular service reviews and customer reporting activities, in alignment with the Service Governance Framework.
• Drive and manage delivery of Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Business Administration
• Mandatory: ITIL Foundations V3
• 2-5 years of prior experience in a similar service delivery, project delivery or consulting role
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior leaders and internal working teams
