Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major transformation program, working across business, operations and technology teams from requirements through to UAT and go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows
• Support and coordinate UAT across business teams
• Drive operational readiness and go-live activities
• Partner with business, product and technology stakeholders

Skills  Required:

• 5+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• Insurance or financial services experience is essential
• Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills
• Hands-on UAT and testing experience
• Experience delivering complex transformation initiatives
• Strong Agile delivery experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• General insurance or motor insurance experience highly regarded
