• Proven SIAM / Service Integration experience in a complex multi-vendor environment.
• Experience defining operational accountability frameworks including KPIs, SLAs, governance and vendor performance measures.

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Integration & Management Specialist to support the development of a multi-vendor operating model during a significant technology and service transformation program. This role has become availabe because requirements reviews identified major gaps relating to Service Integration, multi-vendor coordination and operational accountability across PSMB phases (design, build, run).

Key Responsibilities

• Define Service Integrator and Managed Service Provider functions and responsibilities.
• Develop multi-vendor governance requirements.
• Define accountability model across providers (includes framework KPIs, SLAs and penalties)
• Develop cross-vendor incident, problem, change and service reporting requirements.
• Define service management tooling and integration requirements.
• Support development of the service delivery model and associated RFT requirements.
• Involved in providing clarifications and responses during the tender response period
• Participate in the RFT  Evaluation process

Key Requirements

• Knowledge or previous experience working on a program like the PSMB (or in a mobile carrier environment/project)
• Service Integrator requirements development for a program like the PSMB (or in a mobile carrier environment/project)
• Managed Serviced/Network Provider requirements development for a program like the PSMB  (or in a mobile carrier environment/project)
