We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a range of business and technology initiatives within a government environment.

Working closely with project teams, clinical stakeholders and business units, you will play a key role in understanding business processes, gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and ensuring solutions align with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder consultations
• Map and improve business processes and workflows
• Develop business cases, process documentation and user guides
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to support successful project delivery
• Promote best practice business analysis methodologies including BPMN and process modelling

About You

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst within a large and complex organisation
• Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Strong written documentation and communication skills
• Experience within government or other large enterprise environments will be highly regarded
