The role involves providing day to day support, development and integration of the Microsoft Active Directory & Identity environment including High- Availability solutions and the underlying Windows Platform in a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• Design and implement modern identity solutions including MFA, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, B2B and Azure AD B2C.
• Manage and troubleshoot MIM/FIM identity integrations and complex identity flows.
• Support hybrid identity environments, Azure AD Connect, federation services and certificate services.
• Develop PowerShell automation and provide advanced technical support and problem resolution.
• Contribute to identity architecture, platform upgrades and continuous service improvements.

About You

• Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID administration and engineering.
• MIM/FIM administration and identity lifecycle management.
• Hybrid cloud identity and access management solutions.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Windows Server technologies, DNS, Exchange Online and enterprise authentication services.
• Complex troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement and technical documentation.
• The successful applicant must be an Australian citizen and possess, or acquire and maintain a security clearance at the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency Negative Vetting 1 (NV1)
