About the role:
This role is accountable to work collaboratively with stakeholders to determine the digital, systems, data requirements and needs in accordance with business objectives and priorities, including the delivery of rigorous supporting business cases to enable robust and prudent investment decision making in implementing digital solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Experience delivering technology projects within local government, state government, or other regulated environments, with a strong understanding of governance, procurement, and approval processes.
• Experience working in shared services environments, where technology infrastructure and support functions are managed by a separate team or business unit.
• A hands-on approach to delivery, including developing business cases, facilitating requirements workshops, managing stakeholders, and working directly with vendors.
• Experience delivering projects in asset-intensive, highly regulated, or safety-critical industries, where compliance, risk, and governance requirements influence project outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
• Proven ability to navigate complex organisational structures and drive outcomes in challenging environments.
