Complaint management experience required
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to support complaint management and tenant engagement across a large residential property portfolio. This role focuses on investigating maintenance-related complaints, completing tenant satisfaction surveys and ensuring positive outcomes for residents.
Key Responsibilities
Contact tenants to complete satisfaction surveys relating to completed maintenance works
Investigate, assess and manage maintenance-related complaints
Maintain accurate records and documentation across multiple systems
Support customer-focused service delivery within a residential property environment
Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain information and resolve issues
About You
Experience in complaint handling and customer service environments
Exposure to residential building maintenance, property, housing, facilities, or similar sectors (highly desirable)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping capabilities
