We are currently partnering with a large and complex organisation delivering a major ERP and digital transformation program, and are looking for an experienced Change Analyst to support the successful delivery and adoption of key initiatives.

About the role
You will play a key part in ensuring change is effectively understood, adopted, and embedded across the business. Working alongside the Change Manager, you will support impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities across a large-scale ERP program.


About you

• Experience working in Change Analyst / Change Consultant / OCM roles
• Exposure to ERP or large-scale digital transformation programs
• Strong understanding of change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR / Prosci)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience delivering impact assessments, workshops, and readiness activities
• Ability to work across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
