Working within a structured delivery framework, you will play a critical role in bridging business and technology, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and aligned to project outcomes.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across end-to-end business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-quality documentation to support successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities across multiple project initiatives
• Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Document As-Is and To-Be processes, identifying improvement opportunities
• Develop Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) and Functional Specifications
• Manage requirements traceability and ensure alignment across delivery teams
• Work closely with architects, delivery leads, and application owners
• Collaborate with external vendors and implementation partners to ensure solutions meet business needs

About you:

You are a seasoned Business Analyst with strong delivery experience in complex QLD Government environments, and you are confident working across stakeholders, systems, and processes.
You will bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within QLD Government organisations
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping
• Experience with As-Is / To-Be analysis and business process improvement
