Seeking a detail-oriented Support Officer to join a busy Marriage & Relationship Registrations team. In this role, you will support the Team Leader in documenting processes and improving operational consistency across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in documenting work processes, procedures and workflows
Work closely with team members to capture and formalise registration and data entry practices
Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps
Perform system-based tasks and occasional email correspondence
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all documentation
About You:
2–3 years’ experience in a similar administrative or process support role
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Confident using the Microsoft Office 365 suite
Excellent written communication skills
Experience with registration or data entry functions is highly regarded
