A leading technology consulting organisation is seeking a Cyber Defence Services & Offering Lead to own and shape its Cyber Defence Managed Services capability across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

This is a senior leadership role focused on defining how next-generation cyber defence services are designed, delivered and commercialised in a fast-changing environment shaped by AI, automation and advanced threat intelligence.

You will work across global teams, alliance partners and senior client stakeholders to build scalable, outcome-driven cyber managed services. The role blends strategy, solution design and commercial leadership, and suits someone who enjoys shaping direction, influencing outcomes and staying closely connected to real client delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and shape the Cyber Defence Managed Services offering across ANZ.
• Define and maintain the offering roadmap aligned to market trends, client needs and cyber risk.
• Integrate AI, automation and threat intelligence into service design and capability uplift.
• Collaborate with global teams and alliance partners to modernise cyber defence services and operating models.
• Drive consistency, scalability and commercial viability across managed services offerings.
• Lead solution design for strategic pursuits including RFPs, RFIs, proposals and SOWs.
• Support pricing, commercial modelling and bid development with pursuit and account teams.
• Partner with senior account leaders to position offerings across key enterprise and government clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on cyber defence strategy.
• Contribute to thought leadership and capability development across the cyber practice.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or related discipline.
• Strong experience in Cyber Defence, Cyber Operations or Managed Security Services (SOC, SIEM, MDR).
• Experience shaping, owning or leading managed services offerings, portfolios or service lines.
• Background in cyber consulting, solution architecture, presales or cyber advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, orchestration and modern cyber security operations.
• Experience leading solution design for complex enterprise and/or government pursuits.
• Strong commercial acumen including pricing, bid development and proposal leadership.
• Strong understanding of cyber risk, security operations and enterprise security operating models.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across senior technical and executive audiences.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or GIAC are highly regarded.
