We are seeking an experienced SAP PSCD Consultant to join a major public sector transformation program focused on modernising large-scale revenue, payments, and customer account management processes within a complex enterprise environment.
This role sits within a high-volume, highly regulated setting involving end-to-end SAP finance and customer process transformation, including migration from legacy SAP ECC/CRM landscapes to S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP PSCD processes including billing, payments, receivables, and account management
• Work closely with FI-CA and integrated SAP finance components
• Support ECC/CRM to S/4HANA migration activities, including Payment Utility and Customer Relationship (CR) processes
• Contribute to end-to-end solution design, build, testing, and deployment activities
• Support migration of high-volume, sensitive customer and financial data with precision
• Design and configure dunning, payment plans, interest calculation, and collections processes
• Ensure compliance with public sector financial governance, reporting, and audit requirements
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders across multiple workstreams and levels of seniority

About You:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PSCD or SAP FI-CA within complex environments
• Proven experience in large-scale SAP transformation or S/4HANA migration programs
• Experience working with high-volume transactional and customer account data
• Strong configuration and functional design capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in regulated, fast-paced delivery environments
