We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning & Operations Manager to take ownership of end-to-end supply chain and operational processes, ensuring strong inventory availability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on role covering Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), procurement, inventory control, logistics, warehousing, and operational reporting.
You will work closely with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure stock availability, optimise inventory levels, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. The role suits someone who enjoys balancing strategic planning with practical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Experience with SAP Business One (B1) – MANDATORY

S&OP & Procurement

• Lead S&OP processes, including forecasting and supply planning
• Maintain Excel-based MRP planning tools
• Manage purchase orders and supplier forecasting
• Coordinate vendor forecasting cycles
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and communication
• Manage sales orders, purchase orders, and GRPOs

Logistics & Inventory

• Oversee domestic and international logistics
• Manage freight costs and service levels
• Maintain shipping registers and shipment tracking
• Ensure inventory accuracy and stock control
• Coordinate stocktakes
• Manage GRPOs, transfers, putaways, and warehouse processes
• Oversee warehouse costs and approvals

Data, Reporting & Operations

• Maintain product, image, and pricing catalogues
• Ensure accuracy of operational and inventory data
• Produce sales, forecasting, and performance reports
• Support credit notes and financial admin tasks
• Manage IT systems and operational assets
• Identify process improvement opportunities

About You

• Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Inventory Planning, or S&OP roles
• Strong forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management experience
• Advanced Excel skills and MRP planning experience
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Business One (B1) or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier management
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
• Ability to balance strategic and operational work
