We are currently seeking experienced a Customer Service / Shared Services professional to join a high-performing service centre environment. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you’ll be the first point of contact, supporting a broad range of enquiries across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to high-volume enquiries via phone, live chat and administrative channels
Deliver first-contact resolution wherever possible
Process transactions accurately in line with standard procedures and policies
Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to manage customer interactions
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions
Identify and escalate issues or trends impacting customer experience
Work toward individual KPIs and team service targets
About You
Previous experience in a contact centre, customer service, or shared services environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Proven ability to manage high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously
High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Highly Regarded
Experience in government, corporate shared services, or managed service environments
Exposure to KPI-driven environments with service level agreements (SLAs)
Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and system proficiency
