Drive Governance, Reporting & Delivery Excellence Across Major Programs We are seeking an experienced PMO Reporting Lead to join a high-performing PMO team and play a key role in driving governance, reporting, financial oversight, and delivery assurance across a large-scale transformation portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned PMO professional who thrives on bringing structure, transparency, and actionable insights to complex programs while partnering closely with senior stakeholders and project delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead portfolio, program, and project reporting across executive and governance forums
Develop and maintain dashboards, status reports, RAID registers, and performance metrics
Coordinate governance activities including Steering Committees, decision forums, and assurance reviews
Provide financial reporting, forecasting, budget tracking, and resource reporting support
Monitor project health, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones across multiple workstreams
Drive continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, templates, processes, and reporting standards
Support portfolio planning, project prioritisation, and governance compliance activities
Partner with Project Managers and Program Managers to ensure reporting accuracy and data quality
Prepare executive presentations, governance packs, and management reporting
Mentor and guide project teams on PMO best practices and governance requirements
Skills Required
Proven experience as a PMO Lead, PMO Reporting Lead, Senior PMO Analyst, Portfolio Analyst, or Project Controls Analyst
Strong background in PMO governance, reporting, portfolio management, and delivery assurance
