Drive Governance, Reporting & Delivery Excellence Across Major Programs We are seeking an experienced PMO Reporting Lead to join a high-performing PMO team and play a key role in driving governance, reporting, financial oversight, and delivery assurance across a large-scale transformation portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned PMO professional who thrives on bringing structure, transparency, and actionable insights to complex programs while partnering closely with senior stakeholders and project delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio, program, and project reporting across executive and governance forums
• Develop and maintain dashboards, status reports, RAID registers, and performance metrics
• Coordinate governance activities including Steering Committees, decision forums, and assurance reviews
• Provide financial reporting, forecasting, budget tracking, and resource reporting support
• Monitor project health, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones across multiple workstreams
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, templates, processes, and reporting standards
• Support portfolio planning, project prioritisation, and governance compliance activities
• Partner with Project Managers and Program Managers to ensure reporting accuracy and data quality
• Prepare executive presentations, governance packs, and management reporting
• Mentor and guide project teams on PMO best practices and governance requirements

Skills Required

• Proven experience as a PMO Lead, PMO Reporting Lead, Senior PMO Analyst, Portfolio Analyst, or Project Controls Analyst
• Strong background in PMO governance, reporting, portfolio management, and delivery assurance
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation, technology, cyber security, business, or enterprise-wide programs
• Advanced skills in executive reporting, dashboard development, and stakeholder communication
• Strong financial management experience including budget tracking, forecasting, and resource reporting
• Excellent understanding of RAID management, project controls, governance frameworks, and PMO methodologies
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and reporting tool capabilities
• Ability to engage confidently with senior executives, Program Directors, and delivery teams
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

Desirable Experience

• Experience working within large enterprise, government, financial services, education, utilities, or technology environments
• Exposure to PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid delivery frameworks
• Experience supporting portfolios valued at $50M+ or large-scale transformation programs
