We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive organisational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and business readiness activities across the SAP S/4HANA program. Working closely with program leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the change management strategy across the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Conduct change impact and organisational readiness assessments.
Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans.
Identify and manage change risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
Partner with business leaders to drive user adoption and minimise operational disruption.
Facilitate workshops and change forums across multiple business functions.
Measure and report on adoption, readiness, and change outcomes.
