Key Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities across business and technology teams
Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements
Develop process models using BPMN 2.0
Work closely with Product Owners, SMEs, Architects, UX Designers, Technical Leads and Project Managers
Collaborate with third-party vendors and delivery partners
Contribute to the delivery of customer-facing digital products and services
Requirements
5+ years Business Analysis experience delivering complex digital transformation initiatives
Strong experience facilitating workshops and managing diverse stakeholder groups
Strong BPMN process modelling capability
Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments
Experience with Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS), Customer Service Management (CSM) and Automation Engine (AE)
Highly Desirable
ServiceNow implementation experience
Human Centred Design (HCD) or Design Thinking experience
Experience working within large corporate, utility, government or enterprise environments
