This high-profile initiative is transforming the developer customer journey by replacing legacy systems, streamlining business processes, automating manual activities and delivering enhanced self-service capabilities.

Working within a multidisciplinary delivery team, you will play a critical role in bridging business and technology stakeholders, shaping requirements, analysing business processes and ensuring solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities across business and technology teams
• Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements
• Develop process models using BPMN 2.0
• Work closely with Product Owners, SMEs, Architects, UX Designers, Technical Leads and Project Managers
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and delivery partners
• Contribute to the delivery of customer-facing digital products and services

Requirements

• 5+ years Business Analysis experience delivering complex digital transformation initiatives
• Strong experience facilitating workshops and managing diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong BPMN process modelling capability
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments

Highly Desirable

• ServiceNow implementation experience
• Human Centred Design (HCD) or Design Thinking experience
• Experience working within large corporate, utility, government or enterprise environments
