• Hobart or Melbourne based
• SAP Basis administration experience
• Oversee SAP application support across core modules

You will lead the end-to-end operational performance of the SAP environment, ensuring systems remain reliable, secure, scalable and aligned to business objectives.

Working closely with both business and technology stakeholders, you will drive operational excellence across SAP support, incident management, system optimisation and vendor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP operational support across core SAP modules and environments
• Oversee SAP Basis activities including upgrades, patching, transport management and monitoring
• Drive incident, problem and change management processes across the SAP landscape
• Provide technical leadership across SAP operations, governance and service delivery
• Manage relationships with vendors, managed service providers and specialist SAP partners
• Lead and mentor SAP operational and technical specialists
• Ensure SAP environments align with cyber security, risk and compliance requirements

Required Experience

• Strong experience leading enterprise SAP operations and support functions
• Deep understanding of SAP Basis administration and SAP environments
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise or complex operational environments
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent operational service management experience
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or related discipline preferred
