ACT based - 3 day per week in office
Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) required
Experience collecting evidence, writing investigation reports and issuing notice to remedy
This role is suited to someone with strong investigative capability, excellent written communication skills and the ability to manage complex and sensitive matters with professionalism and integrity.
You will play a key role in assessing, investigating and managing complaints, notifications and compliance concerns while working closely with internal and external stakeholders across a diverse regulatory landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving, assessing and investigating complaints, notifications and regulatory concerns
Conducting interviews, gathering evidence and documenting investigation outcomes
Preparing reports, recommendations, statutory correspondence and compliance documentation
Analysing complex matters and providing sound recommendations for action
Maintaining accurate records in line with legislative and regulatory requirements
Contributing to policy, process and continuous improvement initiatives
Essential Requirements
At least Cert 4 or Diploma in Investigations
Experience working in Government Regulatory Authority
Ability to write witness statements
Experience collecting evidence, writing investigation reports and issuing notice to remedy
Experience working with vulnerable people to write and release investigation reports
