We’re looking for a Talent Delivery Partner; someone who LOVES people, LOVES momentum, and LOVES influencing outcomes.  You’ll own the candidate side of the recruitment process, working warm roles (NO cold sales) and ensuring every placement runs smoothly from start to finish.

Your Role:
This role is perfect for people from transport scheduling, real estate, operations, sales, or high-volume admin. Think: individuals who are natural closers and thrive under pressure.  You will:

• Speak with professionals daily (you’ll be great at this and not intimidated by big titles)
• Build pipelines through our RMS and own interviews
• Keep the recruitment process moving with confidence and urgency
• Send hot resumes to our clients, (they’re just waiting for our people to hit their inbox)
• Schedule interviews for our clients
• Conduct reference checks and compliance checks
• Prepare shortlists and alert clients by phone with urgency
• Manage expectations and handle objections
• Close candidates and excel in offer negotiations

About You:

• Confident, persuasive and great on the phone
• Fast-paced and highly organised
• Strong at influencing and closing people to make decisions
• Tough when needed, but warm and professional
• Calm under pressure with exceptional follow-through
• Driven by results, not vanity tasks
• A natural “people mover”
• Well presented, we like to think we look good at Chilli ��

• This position may suit someone seeking part-time, full-time or contract and offers commission as a reward on EVERY placement
