The Company
A highly regarded SA company specialising in the construction industry has expanded and is increasing their Human Resources Team.  The business continues to grow in workforce and requires a proactive HR Manager to lead policy and people. The confident culture is a testament to an inspired, successful leadership team, industry results, and outstanding service delivery.  

Your role
Ideally, coming from the Construction Industry, you are an organised, people-focused HR Manager or Coordinator who will keep things running smoothly across worksites and the office.  

• Onboarding new team members across all areas
• Keeping employee records sharp; licences, tickets, police checks
• Assisting with scheduling in collaboration with site supervisors and project managers
• Staying on top of compliance, inductions, SWMS, safety certs, training
• Helping manage tools and equipment allocations
• Being available and visible; on-site and in the office
• Tracking attendance, training, identifying and raising red flags early
• Supporting payroll with timesheet accuracy
• Promoting a strong, supportive team culture

About You  

• HR Manager or Coordinator in an industrial environment (essential)
• A solid grip on compliance, onboarding, and maintaining staff records
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to provide a confidential and supportive environment for team members
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Strong understanding of small business operations and challenges
• A clear communicator who can work with people at all levels
• Proven ability in developing and improving policies and procedures
• Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems

Other Details
The position is on-site and full-time and offers a strong career path. Remuneration guide is $100K - $120K+ Superannuation, commensurate with experience and independence.
