Your Role
Reporting to the Projects Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in a small projects team, by ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of projects through exceptional administrative support. You will work closely with Project Managers and Senior Leaders to manage contracts, coordinate project activities, and support day-to-day office operations.  Duties include:

• Support Project Managers with new job set up, contracts, invoicing, and project administration
• Coordinate deliveries, subcontractor documentation, warranties, certifications, and project handovers
• Manage QSE maintenance and assist with compliance tasks
• Oversee office administration, supplies, and reception cover
• Facilitate weekly project meetings and post-project reviews

Other Details
This role is full time Monday – Friday, 7:30 - 4:30.  Based in Mount Gambier, with a remuneration guide of $75K - $90K + Super + Phone + Laptop!
